About PicBoxer

As a human being,negative feelings (such as fear, anger, sadness, etc) is both natural and a normal thing to experience.

Letting out these feelings is healthy for the mind and body but can be a little tricky since we want to avoid backlash, hurt or regret. As a result, we can end up holding those feelings in unhealthily or until a more appropriate alternative way is found.

This is where your PicBoxer App comes in and is designed and developed to provide you that healthy appropriate alternative whenever and wherever you need it.

This App lets you manage and release built up negative feelings in 3 stages:

Definition
Confrontation
Reflection


*We recommend playing either alone in a suitable place where you can express your emotions freely during play or around people genuinely supportive towards your better health.*

Here's how it works:

1. STAGE 1: Definition

- Define with a picture (or take a Picture) of what is causing your negative feelings and emotions. Save photos as normal into photo albums on your device.

(if you are stuck with defining your cause then you can use the default picture of Ugly Bug and focus all the negative energy on it. Just press 'Skip' from 'Go to Photo Albums' when you load PicBoxer)

- Start PicBoxer and press 'Are You Ready?'

2. STAGE 2: Confrontation

- Choose from either a 3 round boxing match (each round lasting 60 seconds) in 'Match Mode' or a punch up session in 'Training Mode'.

- From 'Go To Photo Album' press 'Click Here' and then select the defined photo

- Now the fun part! Use your thumbs in a sweeping motion on screen or tap with your fingers and go wild and crazy punching and smashing your picture to bits. Don't hold back your emotions just let it all out, cry if you have to!!

-Your App's punch feature has been designed to allow you to punch and smash the pictures as fast, freely and aggressively as you like, there's no restrictions on where and how you punch.

-Another great thing is that you can punch whilst listening to your favorite music on your device.

3. Reflection

- In Match Mode, at the end of your 3 rounds give your picture opponent a name and save your punch results.

-Results will appear in ‘Match Results' on the title screen.

-The higher the punches (if 'Knockout' appears in any Round) the stronger the feelings, meaning time to reflect on the cause of your feelings which you can now do with a clearer mind. Reflect with a friend, or with yourself during some quiet time alone.

Play again, and see if the punch result is lower compared to the first match, if it is then the unwanted feelings are starting to diminish.
